The UCL website and linked services are working normally again

The UCL website and network is working normally again. Apologies for the disruption caused this afternoon. This was as a result of a global issue with one of our service providers.

UCL website and other services unavailable

The UCL website is currently unavailable. This is due to a widespread problem with Cloudflare that is affecting a number of its customers. Cloudflare have identified the problem but a number of our sites are still affected.

Current services affected:

  • All ucl.ac.uk websites
  • Moodle
  • Panopto Scheduler – existing or new bookings cannot be made but old recordings can be viewed
  • Register UCL

 

We will provide an update here as soon as we have any further information.
